I purchased these in November 2008. These shoes were solid, and held up very well – until one shoe ripped along the front/left seam, less than 6 months later. I don’t do anything more strenuous than walk around in them, and am pretty disappointed. Having paid over a hundred bucks for these, I can’t say that I trust the brand anymore. The shoes ripped in a way that makes repair impossible, so I can’t do anything but throw them away. Unfortunate.
